"Advocating Independence Through Listening and Talking"

AGBell, established in 1890 by Alexander Graham Bell, has worked for more than a century to provide children with hearing loss the opportunity to speak and listen. The Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (AGBell) is the world's leading membership organization and information center on pediatric hearing loss, advocating the use of technology to maximize residual hearing, written and spoken language, and speechreading skills.

The Colorado Chapter of AGBell provides opportunities for families, for adults who are deaf or hard of hearing, and for professionals. We work together to raise funds to support community outreach programs and to provide grants for Colorado AGBell members to attend the biennial National AGBell conventions. Our Annual Meeting and Family Event has been a highlight of the Colorado Chapter of AGBell activities.
